Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Maurel Physique collects, why, where it is stored, and how you can request that it be deleted. It applies to maurelsantos.com in all three languages the site is published in.

What the coaching application collects

When you submit the coaching application form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, training history, and coaching goals. You provide this information yourself, and every field exists to help Maurel evaluate whether coaching is a good fit and respond to you personally. We also automatically capture the page that referred you, any UTM campaign parameters present in the link you followed, your country (from Cloudflare's own request data), and the date and time you gave consent, as a record of that consent.

The program waitlist

If you join the program waitlist instead of applying for coaching, we collect only your email address, the page you signed up from, your language, your country, and the date and time you gave consent. This is a separate, smaller mailing list used only to tell you if a program becomes available. It is not used for anything else, and joining it does not add you to any other list.

Where it is stored

Application and waitlist data are both stored on Cloudflare D1, a database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to Maurel Physique. No third-party marketing tool, ad platform, or data broker receives your data.

Spam protection and email delivery

Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you are a real visitor before a submission is accepted. Turnstile processes your IP address to do that; Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs that processing. The notification sent to Maurel and the confirmation sent back to you are delivered by Resend, an email provider, once it is configured for this site. Until then, no email is sent, and your record in our database is the only copy.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry: to review your application, contact you about coaching, and, if you become a client, to run your program. It is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with any party outside Maurel Physique for any other purpose.

We do not sell your data

Maurel Physique does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you individually across other sites. It reports aggregate traffic numbers only and never touches your application data.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept for as long as needed to consider your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of coaching plus a reasonable record period afterward. If your application is not accepted, we keep it only long enough to respond and then remove it on a regular basis.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To make any of these requests, message @maurelphysique on Instagram or use the contact details on the application page. We will confirm deletion once it is complete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change and, where the change is significant, we will note it here.
